To start LiveDocx smoothly, we have decided to provide 1500 free test accounts fo
r the beta version of LiveDocx. This amount of traffic and workload is a typical scenario in an enterprise-wide LiveDocx server where different applications and users are generating documents on a central server.
What can you do when you have an account?
After you created an account, you can upload your MS Word DOCX, DOC or RTF templates to your personal and protected template folder. The templates contain fields that are being merged with data during the merge process. These templates can be used with the LiveDocx API in your application. You simply need to specify the template, pass the merge data in order to retrieve a print-ready Adobe PDF document.
Additionally, you can share created documents using the LiveDocx API. These shared documents can be viewed in the Shared Documents section of LiveDocx.com. It is possible to create a unique link for these shared documents which can be send to other users. They have access to your shared document and can view it on a seperate web page in the LiveDocx Document Viewer.
